Create your compelling vision.

What do you want to achieve with your business? Your life? If you don’t know what you want, it’s unlikely that you’ll get it! And even if you have a clear vision for your business and life, with all of the challenges you face every day, you may have lost sight of it, or even given up on the possibility of ever making it happen.

So a cornerstone of our coaching will be to push the reset button and create a new vision for the business and life you really want. Not the one you’re settling for or the one that someone else told you should have…the one you want.

Visualizing what you want is a big first step. The more clearly you can picture it, the more you’ll be able to map out the steps you need to take to make it happen.

Build a step-by-step plan that ensures success.

Have you ever heard the saying “Failure to plan is planning to fail”? Having a vision is important, but alone it’s not enough to ensure your success.

So a key element of our coaching will be to map out a long term and annual plan that will act as your step-by-step blueprint (just like one you might create to deliver a complex project for one of your customers) for building the business and life that you want.

Having a plan will focus your limited time, money and resources on the things that will make the biggest impact on your business and will help you stop doing the hodge-podge of activities that don’t matter. It will also help you anticipate and sidestep problems that might stop your business from growing.

Design the right organization structure to support your vision.

One of the key reasons that you may be feeling challenged by the complex demands of running your multimillion-dollar business is that the way your organization is structured today (org chart, roles reporting relationships) is no longer appropriate to support a business of your size and it definitely wont support the business that you hope to become.

So as the final step in the design phase of our coaching, we will design an organization structure that supports the growth and profitability of your business today and in the future.
